First I was told you have to book it through Reserve America and that was easy with the RA app. When you get there you have to check in at the store next to the Texaco. Then go to the campground across the street. So after that it wasn't to bad it just helps to know the process before hand. Very clean sites and they little more space between them. There's also a general store, grill, Ace hardware and laundry within walking distance.

My wife and I are here for 1 night on our way to Minot ND. No leveling devices needed in site 10. No sewer but there is a dump station. Small jets flying overhead to Sun Valley. 50 and 30 amp hookups with water and grass. Pretty high desert valley nestled in farmland. Hiway 20 behind us but not real busy. Also wifi with easy phone access. Ace store.😎

Nice area. Sites are level. No sewer at site but they do have a dumping station. Access to your site is a little tight. Great WiFi when the skies are clear. Traffic noise can be heard while windows are open. Clean campground. Check in is at the gas station across the road.

manicured grass. Closely spaced. Other campers had loose dogs which didn't work well for our dog. Mostly large motorhomes

Stopped on our way through.
Enjoyed a day of riding the bike trail from Hailey to Ketchum.
Drove the short 30 minutes to this nice quiet little park in Picabo.
Check in at the Texaco across the street.
Plenty of room for big rigs with 30, 50 amp and water.
Free dump station on site for guests.
Right next to the highway but seldom heard any traffic.
Site 17 on the west end is the last spot and has its own little grassy area and picnic table.

Level sites that are easy to get into but dump station is in a weird spot. If you had a PT site you can circle back to your site after dumping to get out. Otherwise you have to back out when you’re done. One shower/bathroom combo per sex. One washer/dryer available by store for $5 load. Nearest grocery 25 min away so stock up before you get here. Field of grazing sheep peaceful. Highway noise is a problem due to all the semis engine braking as they hit the town. Craters 30 min away and Sun Valley about 40 min. BTW it’s a Chevron gas station now. Able to stream good with WiFi.

On our way from seven devils to grand Teton, we wanted to stop at craters of the moon and this was the most convenient park. Check in was easy, but weird, at the gas station across the street. Site 7 was a nice size, back in, almost no shade. It backs up to the highway, with a berm for sound abatement. To the front is a large sheep ranch, which is kind of nice. My main issue is that I had originally selected site 6, which had a fire pit, but was moved to site 7 a few weeks before arrival. I was then told at check in that site 6 was the camp host. Well, that site was a pig sty of empty propane tanks, pallets, dog toys, and tall grass. The host let their two dogs run off leash and never even looked our way to wave or say hi. The dump station layout was pretty inconvenient, as well, we basically had to leave the park and re-enter to go in. Leaving the dump station was awkward, too, as you have to hope there is an empty pull through site to exit, otherwise you are backing up. There is a pretty park in Arco I would try next time.

This is a lovely little RV park with some drawbacks. The park is perfectly clean and well maintained. Our site, #17, was the last in the row so we only had neighbors on one side. This site was beautiful, with shade trees and lush grass. There are cute little firepits shared between sites. The park is a long row of parking sites right next to the highway so there is a lot of road noise. There is one mens and one women's combo restroom/shower so if someone is showering there is a wait. The restrooms are located between sites 3 and 4, a full quarter mile round trip walk from site #17. Also, you have to either walk farther or cut through another campsite to access. There is a dump station but you either have to reverse out of it or pull through a campsite to exit.
