Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on September 11, 2021Overall, this is a great little city campground. It is in a quiet location on the edge of Pawnee City.
We felt the $12 a night fee for water and electricity (50amp) was a great value for a nice no-frills city park campground. We had no issue with our 40 foot motorhome, but some of the sites would not fit that size of rig.
There is no host or staff at the campground - payment is collected at City Hall just a few blocks away.
There is a fishing pond that is handicap accessible and stocked with fish (according to the city). We did not fish there but saw a few jumping in the morning.
There is a single bathroom with a toilet and sink and hot water. It's a modular bathroom and was clean enough to use. There are no other facilities at this location.
The notable downside is the lack of a dump station.

Great little place to stop for an overnight. $12 for 50 amp service and water is hard to beat. No dump station at this location.

We’re a 33’ class a pulling a van on a tow dolly. Site 6 worked as a pull thru; the rest of the sites are back in.
Nice and level, fire ring, picnic table, water, electric. No dump
Quiet, clean on edge of pretty pond. Recommend the brewery/winery on the edge of town for eats.
