Designed by architect Jeff Brauer, Black Bear opened as “Canterberry Golf Course” in 1996. Just blocks from historic downtown Parker, the 18 hole championship golf course is one of the most distinctive courses in the Rocky Mountain region. More than 200 feet in elevation changes create dramatic views from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak. In addition to the course, Black Bear offers members and guests a full driving range, practice putting and chipping greens, an indoor hitting bay and simulator, club fitting and repair center, and a staff of PGA professionals offering instruction for players of all levels.
