Starting a business as a small BBQ catering service lead to the bright future of a great BBQ establishment in Paris, Tx. Scholl Bros BBQ started business in a small 12' x 20' walk-up style building with a drive-thru on one end by brothers Troy and Luke Scholl. After 4 successful years in business and overwhelming request to open up a sit down restaurant is only when the dream became reality. Scholl Bros purchased the old Philpot Donuts building shortly after it had closed. After 8 months of extensive remodeling, Troy and Amy Scholl re-opened the restaurant for business which is now known worldwide as Scholl Bros BBQ. Scholl Bros restaurant is located at 1528 Lamar Avenue near the beautiful historic downtown Paris,Tx. Our menu features a wide variety of "mouth watering out of this world" perfectly smoked meats smoked "Low and Slow" exclusively with Pecan wood in one of their three Southern Pride smokers. The meats include Slice Beef, Chopped Beef(marinated in BBQ sauce), Sausage, Jalapeño Sausage, Hot Links, Pulled Pork, Ham, Turkey and "Fall off the bone" Ribs! Our restaurant has a casual, family-friendly atmosphere decorated with the outdoors in mind. The deer, fish and turkey mounts add alot of ambiance to the dining experience along with the big screen TV located above the beautiful Austin Stone fireplace.
