Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on August 09, 2023We stayed here while visiting friends that live in Byrce. Being that it is a few thousand feet below the park, it was a bit warmer, which we needed in the middle of winter. It's about a 25 minutes to get into the park (Bryce) from campground, and about 15 minutes from Red Canyon.
The campground itself is well kept and the owners, who live on site are extremely nice. The laundromat run by the campground also serves as the town laundromat. It has enough machines to knock everything you have in one rotation.
If you visit during the winter, be aware that most of the restaurants in Panguitch are closed during that time.

The staff were very accommodating changing our reservations three times and offered to move us if our satellite didn't connect. Surprisingly, even with the tree right at our dish we got connected!
Narrow sites with FHU 30 amp. Nice shade, picnic table. The property includes a motel so there are several extra vehicles to navigate when pulling in and out.
Gravel roads and sites, no green space. Clean and well maintained. Very quiet, easy access. Park WiFi worked most of the time. Didn't use laundry or other facilities.
Panguitch doesn't have much going for it, a couple mediocre eateries and an expensive, small grocery store. Nice access to Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon and Cedar Breaks.

Nice small campground, quite and just off the main road. Nice little town, about 25 minutes from Bryce Canyon. Owner is better equipped for local information than the tourist office with brochures and lots of information. Spaces are small but full hookups. Owner is expanding the campground with many pull-through spaces coming soon. Facilities badly need upgrading and laundry facility is great.

We made this our base for seeing Cedar Breaks NM, Red Canyon in the Dixie National Forest, Bryce Canyon NP and Escalante. Although the park is right on the main street of Panguitch, the town is small enough that traffic really dies off after dark and as a result the park is pretty quiet. Its easy walking distance to shops and cafes and there's a decent small supermarket you can walk or drive to. Owner of the park warned us that nothing is open in town on Sundays and we heeded his warning and got our groceries on Sat.
This is kind of a no frills park and the sites are rather close together, but the owner of the park is a super nice guy and well informed on what to see and do in the area. He was always around and working on projects to improve the park. The laundry room appeared to have undergone a recent renovation with new front loading washers and large dryers. Bathrooms were clean, but old and in need of some updating. WiFi worked fine.
All in all, no complaints and we'd certainly stay here again. If you're going to Bryce, don't miss Red Canyon on your way. There's a nice visitors center right off the highway and the staff there can point you in the right direction for hiking and mountain biking opportunities.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Sedona. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground was not busy and they spaced us out well. It was clean and there was upgrades being made to the cabins. Comfortable but no real ammenities.

Convenient location for access to Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Red Canyon all in about 30 min.
Big spots, full hookups, no complaints about how the place was run.
Along Main St. / 89 so had very loud trucks blaring by at 5am which is the only reason we'd consider other options if in the area again.
Wifi intermittent and required logins so didn't work too well or us but cell connectivity was mostly fine, sometimes was a bit inconsistent.

Five stars for an RV park--I am usually a campground person but had to stop here to ride out a storm. Office was closed but immediately answered a text which had me settled and checked in (via my phone and their website) in less than five minutes.
Laundry, full-hook up sites (even in winter) and beautiful, clean, warm bathrooms and showers. Excellent WIFI (at least from pitch 10.)
Price listed is with all taxes for a pull through, full hook up site (30 amp.)
One downside is the proximity to Highway 89 but that is also how I spotted them. :-)

This place has had a major makeover, new bath / shower area several lots have grass strips with table, the camp host was the best what i noticed was every time someone rolled in they was right there to help with info answered questions and suggestions on what to do around town, they have a nightly fire pit by the clubhouse everyone gets together just to chat kinda cool, they make homemade muffins breakfast bars and coffee in the mornings, i like how they swing by from time to time to see if all was good this is a must stay spot if your ever in the Bryce canyon / panguach area..

Clean and well kept. People are friendly and very helpful. Restrooms/Showers are newly remodeled and very nice. They mentioned they’re starting to upgrade a section of the rv sites soon too. Dog run is big with nice grass, benches, and dog toys. The location is close to lots of attractions and they gave me a packet of info on the attractions. There is some road noise but it wasn’t excessive. I’m just passing through but this is definitely a place I’ll stay at when I come back on vacation.

Stayed here in late March, 2023. Had planned to boondock further up the road but it was snowing, quite cold, and the BLM area looked muddy and rut strewn. Would have been a mess. Turned around and went back to the Hitch-N-Post and glad I did. Very nice people and happy to help. Had a paved, level site with full hookups (only used electrical). Bathrooms were very clean, warm, updated, and secure as were the showers. They also have a laundry. Got down to 7 degrees at night so glad I did’t hook up a hose which would have been fine if it were a heated hose. My water tank froze during the night so decided to head for a lower elevation the next morning. I would stay here again if the conditions had been right. Was going to visit Bryce but temperature was -9 that morning.
