This cozy home is nestled away on peaceful Stoney Lake in Oxford, Michigan. Stoney Lake is probably the calmest All-Sports lake you will find. It is a small, private lake located in north Oakland County, accessible only to residents of Oxford or homeowners around the lake. Also on the lake is a beach and park area that is only available for use by Oxford residents and homeowners. The beauty of this home is that you can have the "get away feeling" without really driving too far. The house is a fully furnished, year round home with two bedrooms and one bath. Approximately 1050 total square feet. The open floor plan makes it the perfect weekend house for entertaining or relaxing with the family. There are vaulted ceilings in the open kitchen, dining, and living room area. A small hallway leads to both bedrooms, the bathroom, the laundry room, and two storage/linen closets. Off the living room and kitchen area is a very large deck (entire width of house) that is perfect for entertaining, sunbathing, and relaxing...fully equipped with two picnic tables, outdoor chairs, and a natural gas grill.
