The spaces are as wide as they are deep (35-40ft) Parking would not be bad except the sites are almost all perpendicular to the road. I had a 35ft 5ver and a 3500 dually and it was a very tight fit front to back.
The people are outstanding. The amenities are numerous. No bath house, however.

Good location for the middle of farm land in central Michigan. Built on old gravel pit property this place is still a work in progress with a lot more to offer. Lots of work has gone into creating a decent man-made lake with excellent sandy beach and safe swimming area. Great summer party location with shelter & open tables. Many seasonal camp spaces occupied by the locals for good reason....not very far from home yet far enough! Good Cell, TV connections to keep in touch if need be. The driveway to the office is a bit tight with sites on both sides. The main center section has 'pea' gravel which is very loose and needs to be packed down on the site. Unfortunately no grass is in the center as with the outside sites. Drainage is a big problem in the center so the sod had to be removed to accommodate. It would be very expensive to put a drain system in the center or build up the sites but it is doable. More sites along the lake are planned. There are a couple of hiking trails into the nearby wooded area and along the Little Maple River. Owasso is not very far for provisions or use the Camp Store for staples. NO Showers are available. Restrooms are limited. Most sites are spacious enough for Class A with slide-outs and still have room.

Friendly Staff, large and level sites and all full hook-ups. We were in Owosso visiting family (I’m from there) and it’s nice to have a new campground to stay at. Take note that outside guests visiting you in the camp are charged $5 per person and there are no bathhouses.

Discovered the entry/address had changed when we arrived at the old address (listed in Campendium when we selected this campground - September 2023). The entry to the campground has been moved to a new address: 3775 Krouse Road. There was a very small sign on the way in for the new entry/address, but if you aren't looking for it and are aiming to the old entrance/address, it's easy to miss. Caution: if you try to go to the old address (1255 S. Ruess Road), it's a challenge to get turned around on the narrow farm roads - probably best to drive all the way around back to the main highway first (which we did not do and got ourselves into a tight turnaround situation).
Internal roads are gravel and well maintained, though they could be wider. Sites are all back-in and are not angled to make access easy (you have to park vertical to the internal road), so really big rigs and long trailers may find it difficult to get into the sites in the center. The center sites are not exceptionally deep but are wide enough so there is sufficient space to park next to the RV. There are some young trees between the sites that may make accessing the sites even more challenging as they mature.
Center sites are all pea gravel; sites on the perimeter are separated with grass strips. Sites are mostly level and have picnic tables and fire rings. We use Starlink and selected this site as it had minimal tree obstructions.
We stayed here in late September, so things were quiet. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Nice Campground, poorly designed for trailers over 25-30 feet. Its extremely difficult to back in because the road between the site in front of you is a single lane, it doesn't allow you to make the necessary cut to back in, It would be much easier if the road to the site was a double lane and if boulders, trees and posts on either corner side of your site were not there. This applies to all mostly 90% of all sites. OK for Class C's, Vans, Class B's and Truck campers.
This time of the year in Oct (off-season) the place is very quiet. The wrong address is listed in Campendium. Their website is correct. The location is nice and close to larger supermarkets, The place is nicely kept. I would hate being here during the busy season. Great if you have kids, it's a family with kids magnet. its has all the usual amenities.

You can tell this is a work in progress, but the place is well kept. We were there in off season, but looks like it would be a blast in the summer. Spaces are gravel, and plenty of big and most all are on the lakes.
