Located on the cliffs above the Willamette Falls offering outdoor seating with views of the Falls, next door to the Museum of the Oregon Territory. Aa cozy old-world atmosphere, two floors with mahogany woodwork and antique furnishings from England and Scotland. The Highland Stillhouse features Portland’s best music and unbeatable drink selection. The unique decor is inspired by Scotland itself.
