Positives:
Easy access for most RV's
Seems relatively safe
Negatives:
There are no hook-ups and bathroom/showers are only open seasonally
No privacy; there's an apartment complex across the street, and the park is easy to drive through.
Not particularly pet friendly; there's a grassy area but there are numerous signs saying "no dogs"
Adjacent to major local arterial.

I'm laying down four stars on this track 'cause the price is right and the sites are fat.
And by that I mean there was really no one else here, and the way you pull in (parallel parking style) means you've got a huge swath of yard (which dogs shan't dare set paw upon, for whatever dog hating reason you can imagine). Okanogan didn't wow me, and the street was not ideal, but this isn't really a destination, just a layover. Plus it made it easy to run a generator. One tenter pseudo-complained (he was renting in the no tents area anyway) but I just mentioned that my gennie was quieter than the cars anyway and he laughed.
That guy and the other few renters there were all fire evacuees who'd lost their homes and were allowed to stay for free, which I thought deserved a "good on ya".
There's a free dump station down the road (north I believe) at a gas station called "Flying B".
And a coffee shack in the other direction.
Peace out Okanagon, until the next episode...
72 hour max stay yo, and no public drinking. Which I assumed meant dump it in a coffee cup.
