The sites are all grass and mostly level. Lots of FH sites. We stopped for a few days, but after we left we developed truck problems and willingly came back to wait here while our truck was repaired. There are some shady spots. WiFi is available in sites closer to the Agriplex building, which was a great benefit. So many sites that there was always sever empty sites between campers. There is a train track near the back of the campground with maybe 1 train per day and no whistle. Most days we never knew it passed by.

The grounds were fine and well maintained. We were self contained so can’t speak to the bathrooms. We didn’t see any staff so we just opened the gates and picked a spot. The web page we looked up say $20 dollars a night for just water and electrical. The envelope says $25. I text the number on the envelope and heard back promptly. It is now under new management and has a new reserve system. The person I text with said they will bring the discrepancies to the management’s attention. I felt this was taken seriously. We had a quiet nights sleep and was perfect for a stop overnight. You might want to check the calendar for when their stampede/rodeo is as I don’t think it is available for public camping around that weekend (I think in September). Oh and it also has wifi.
