Confirmed by 5 users | Last reported on October 23, 2018We arrived wet and tired after a slippery, snowy and wet drive from Zion. While we intended an overnight stay, we ended up riding out the storm here. A great value in this park that is in transition. They are moving from a full timer park to RV's. Currently at 52% RV's.
While there are still many single wides and some pretty beat up full timers in the park, the spaces are big. It is full hook up which was welcome in the terrible weather.
Management was very friendly and accommodating (even moved someone else who was trying to come in to our space when we extended).
This is not a park I would spend a significant amount of time in (despite the bargain price). But if you are traveling long distances and just need a quick stopover, this is a great bargain. The $15 price is limited to 2 nights with Passport America (and they do check your card). Credit cards accepted, but only in person at the office.
We were able to access over air television (which was great during the storm as the stupid Dish TV doesn't like bad weather). Verizon and TMoblie had great signal and speed.

This place is a trailer park, with some RV spots. The camp spots are very large and the park is fine, the people were nice. The bathrooms are in an older trailer, weird, but they were clean. There were some nice RV folks around me. I felt safe and if needed would have stayed here another night. It was quiet, you can receive some TV channels. This rate is with passport america.

The setting is quite nice, but that is where the satisfaction ends. We came here on an advanced notice. When we got here, the management had no idea whatsoever who we were. Once that got resolved, we started to accumulate discrepancies. First they told us that our mail had to be gotten through the local post office, even though there were mail boxes on site. Then they had to give us written authorization for our mail delivery. Well, both our names were misspelled. We finally got that resolved. Then the post office told us it would take a week for the keys to be made. We have to be here for seven months as I am temporarily assigned to work this area. They advertise Wi-Fi here, but it is not within the park, it is only in the bathroom, or the office, luckily I have a hotspot. Then there is no laundry here. There is no propane refill here. As I have important emails, and time sheets I have to submit to my company, I have had to boost my internet use here; who wants to run out to the bathroom trailer or the office to check one's email, or anything related to the web. On top of the $465. a month charge to stay here, there is also a charge for electric, and a $250 deposit that you will not see for thirty days after you leave. With that said, it will cost over $500. a month to be here, and the saddest part of it all is there isn't really any alternatives in this area, for fulltime RVers.

I don't have too much to add above what the other reviewers have said. Stayed 2 nights while passing through Ogden in mid April 2017. The PA rate of$20 is only good for 2 nights with full hookups. At $20/ night, it is a good deal, but not the full rate of $40/night.
This is a mobile home park with RV spots. Spaces are large and we had nicely fresh cut grass. No picnic tables, but they do give you your own trash can. Unfortunately no recycling. We had to pick up some packages in Ogden, and they have a policy of not accepting packages (understandably), so we had it delivered to a nearby UPS store for a minimal fee.
At others mentioned, no wifi in the spots, but we had good cellular coverage and an unlimited AT&T data plan, so no issue for us. There is a bit of traffic noise from the interstate, but also not a big deal for us. They did have a pool, but it was not open (too cold)

This park is easy to get to from the Interstate and interior roads were easy to navigate. This was a very large trailer park, at one point, but appears to be down on its luck these days. Many of the sites were overgrown with weeds and no longer in use. It is, however, convenient and the 50 amp power was clean. And, as the name implies, you have an excellent view of the Wasatch Mountains.

We stay in a lot of parks with view in the name, but no view. This park is an exception with outstanding views of the Wasatch Mountains from our site. Beautiful.
FHUs with 50 amp all worked well on a level concrete and grass, large site. Satellite connected easily, and they also have cable. Pool looks very clean, nice size. Didn't use any amenities.
Easy access off I-15 with gas stations a fast food nearby.
Nasty, old double-wides at the front of the park really take away from the setting. The overnight sites need some maintenance, but overall the park is very clean. Several permanent residents. Nice to have large trash can at our site. Dark and quiet at night.
Rate reflects Passport America rate for first two nights.

We were passing through and the Passport America discount made this a good place to stay. $20 per night for 2 nights.
The park is an old mobile home park that is now about half homes and half RVs. Site sizes are pretty good and as long as you get on the concrete portions of the sites, leveling is easy as well.
Quite a few bugs, but nothing too extreme.
This is in the north part of Ogden but you could get to Salt Lake City in under an hour if you wanted to.
