The only real negative is the size of the spaces. If you walk out your door too fast you may walk into your neighbors rig. Clean lot, regular security checks. The market was as nice as the pictures. Really quiet for being so close to highway. Would definitely stay again.

Reasonably quiet. Level gravel. Full hookup for $20.43. cash or credit card. No amenities..
We were interested in eating dinner at the casino next door, 45 minutes for a table. It was half empty.
Obviously, staffing issues.
Other food options DQ, and truck stop fare. Wishing we would have eaten in.
Great broadcast TV reception! Marginal Verizon reception, spouse's better on T mobile.

Off hwy 40. Water, electrical, dump hookup. Next to a grocery store & truck stop with DEF. $18/ night. No self-service . Check out 11 am. Gravel parking. Great stop or area to park. Public wifi. You can't beat full hook ups forthe price. Large rigs made it in without difficulty.

The attendant was super nice. It's right off rt 40. Grocery store there too. $10 plus Tax. Very clean and quiet. There's a kennel for a dog exercise and poop pen too. They had laundry inside the office.

Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Gravel and Dirt parking lot but the price was right. Full Hookups, wifi, ATT and Verizon Service, pet area, laundry in the office. Needed a place to stay for a few days and after one night, decided to stay three more.

I have stayed here in the past, and this stay was typical to others. I am on a month-long "working as I go" journey of northern New Mexico, and this was a good first stop. If you are into gambling, the casino will get you your fix. The diner in the casino has great food at a very reasonable price. The grocery store has most anything you will need. As for wifi/cellular connections, I had some hit and misses. The park's wifi - signal seems fairly strong, but I didn't connect as I try not to use public wifi. This time around, I had more consistent luck with the ATT signal than I did Verizon. Over the Labor Day weekend, the Verizon signal was horrible, but much improved after that. The last time I stayed here in July, the Verizon signal was much better. Streaming with ATT was seamless, Verizon had it's moments.

Previously I have had good experiences here, but recent staffing changes and a steep rate hike have made this place a lot less desirable. The Sky City Casino RV Park is 6 miles west of here and infinitely better.
Pros: Fabulous market next to the rv park. Gas is right across the street and there are some good restaurant options.
Cons: Noise from trains, trucks and car alarms from the casino parking lot.
