Spend the day on Newport's Historic Bayfront, voted Best Waterfront by Sunset Magazine. See world famous murals and watch the sea lions play. Right across the street from the Wax Works and Ripley's Believe It or Not!

There are better ways to punish your children or inlaws. It's smelly, disappointing, and hasn't changed in 20 years. While the 25/person also gets access to Ripley's and the wax museum, 30 mins in claustrophobic disappointment was enough. The best part of this visit was free parking and the Taffy shop. I should have saved 2.50 and gone to the Oregon coast aquarium.
