Tried from the road this hot springs stop offered a relaxing stop for the night. While all sites with hook-ups where booked, they kind enough to let us park in the ‘tent’ area, which was mostly open anyway. The springs swimming area itself could do for a face lift, the springs still felt wonderful either way.

My mom has taught me if you can't say something nice don't say it at all, but I can't it quiet. So first thing first... the good... we were headed to a Xcapers convergence in Driggs and this seemed like the perfect spot to have electric for the few nights prior to the event. It has 5 sites full hookup and the rest are either electric and water only or dry camping. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and when hubby asked about the sites she said if we didn't need dump there was plenty. Mike asked if there was a dump for the end of our stay, she indicated there was, but that was not the fact. The amenities are the pools, which we were sort excited about. However they really aren't an amenity when you have to pay 7.00 per person per day to use them and they also were very crowded. They had us sign the rules sheet and went over each rule individually, however their dogs were running loose, the dumpsters weren't closed to keep out raccoons etc. They watered different areas of the grass (which was nice) for at least 24 hours a day, we couldn't walk our lowrider dog without her getting wet. Oh and forget about cell service. With our booster on we got maybe 3 bars Verizon and 0 with AT&T. Now I understand they just took this over but it needs a lot of work to be considered a resort. But I guess the price was fair enough and the owners are nice.
