Banh Mi Boy

Banh Mi Boy is a local family owned Sandwich Cafe that specializes in serving traditional Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwiches. Our family has been delivering the great authentic taste of Vietnamese food in Newark, DE for over 25 years from our formal sit down restaurant called Saigon (www.thesaigonrestaurant.com), however we have never served Banh Mi in the restaurant. Throughout the years we have established a huge loyal customer base for Vietnamese food, and felt it was time to bring the great taste of Banh Mi to the market, specifically to a college town like Newark. Our overall mission and goal at Banh Mi Boy is to make the best tasting Vietnamese sandwiches, make it easily accessible, filling, and all for a very affordable price. Along with Banh Mi, we have on our menu, Asian Mix Salads, Summer Rolls (rice paper rolls that are not fried), Vietnamese Drip Coffee, and Smoothies. As the restaurant grows, we plan to offer Specials that could include other Vietnamese dishes, or possibly incorporate sandwiches from other Asian Countries. Additionally, we plan to add more items to our standard menu, over time.
