August 19th, 2020: RVer report confirms multiple reports from May 2016 & earlier, & info provided by ND DOT. Overnight RV Parking is allowed. The State of North Dakota allows Overnight RV Parking in marked long vehicle spaces in rest areas; auto-size RVs may park in auto spaces. Camping is not permitted. Scenic turnout has no amenities, is level & unlit, appears safe & has significant noise from I-94. Long enough for 3-4 rigs.
