The park is in between mountains and has a level rock lot to park on. There is a fire pit, playground, dog run and social areas. Gated to get in ensures just other paid campers will be there with you. I gave it a four only because of the highway noise. It's a level stretch of highway so there is no truck "Jake" or exhaust braking by semi trucks. We ran our air and slept well. Each site has a picnic table, a little apple tree and a indoor/outdoor carpet area. Give it a shot! There were great Google reviews which led us to give this place a try. And their wifi worked well in our camper.

This is a new part right off of I-15 and near a gas station. The sites are thoughtfully laid out. Each site has a small brick patio and turf area with a picnic table. All sites have chamfered corners for the drive-in direction and are lined by old railroad ties. Electricity was strong even in extremely hot weather (park 50% full). Wifi was OK. Having a bonding router with an external antenna (Pepwave) helped a lot with the signal inside my trailer.
The major downside here is the road noise. The campground is slightly higher than the highway but the noise is still intense and I don't usually have a problem with such things.
A minor annoyance is how close together the sites are. The neighboring site's hookups are right next to your lounge area so if you're having coffee and they are dumping tanks, you're going to be chatting about it. Similarly, if you are talking in your camper or watching TV with the windows open, you will both hear each other's topics.
An additional minor annoyance was the amount and type of gravel used here. It's rounded rock (river rock) and it's almost like sand. It's hard to walk on and even to drive on.

Ladies at front desk meet us with a smile. Check in was easy. Gave us a bag of ice! Our site was a pull thru #29 with 50 amp electric, water, sewer. Out our front door had artifical grass, rocks around picnic table. There is an apple tree with paver bricks with railroad ties. But has neighbors black sewer hose in our area. Staff check on us when we were outside. We had rv's on both sides. Very close but never heard our neighbors. RV park was clean, had play ground, dog park, and very nice patio with firepit. Traffic noise was not bad. They do give discount for Good Sam or AAA. About hour to Zion National Park. We stayed for 4 days and would stay again.

We arrived without a reservation right before closing and the lady was so kind to help us. The entire place is brand new. Gorgeous views of the mountain and the sites are perfect with a table and turf. The bathrooms are spa quality. The dog park and playground are a huge bonus. Super clean! Would recommend!
