Electric Forest Festival.

The most psychedelic experience possible in the Sherwood Forest of Michigan at the Double JJ Resort.. This unique fest incorporates multiple genres including jam bands and electronic acts.  Taking place over the course of 4 days, Electric Forest seeks to create the ultimate ambient experience. This setting was made for the serene nights, bright lights cascading over shadowy trees and bathing the entire crowd. Forget the music for a second — there’s probably no better casual photo opportunities than what’s ready in abundance here. Added fixtures to the festival include a water park, a lake, horseback-riding course  and pop-up restaurant by Hosea Rosenberg. Oh, and a golf course — just in case. Take advantage of the setting with the convenient hammocks put up all around the area and pretend, like many of the other crazy hippies in attendance, that you live among the forest sprites. Electric Forest is a necessary experience for any die hard music festival fan. Be sure to catch Papadosio when they take the stage on June 27th.
