Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on November 02, 2022While I40 noise could not be heard this place is right on another highway. Traffic all night long. Sites are very close to each other, seemed like our slide was in the neighbors door. Sites are sandy gravel. Code provided for WiFi, but it didn’t exist. Code provided for restroom, hubby said it was clean but no paper towels.

We stopped here on our way from Southern California to the Grand Canyon. Their voicemail message said, “ come on by, we have plenty of sites available”. That isn’t the case. When we got there there were only 2 sites available and they were water and electric only. This wasn’t a problem as we were only staying the night.
The views of the valley and sunset were really beautiful. That alone made it worth it. The “overnight” water and electric sites, 96 and 97, are off to one side and by themselves which made for a pretty nice stay. There appeared to be a lot of seasonal, full time resident types which makes for a generally peaceful park and they have a nice club house area. The park staff was helpful. Light sleepers be advised: There is a bit of noise as this is a pretty busy truck route. Nothing out of the ordinary for a roadside RV park though.

We stayed here for 30 days and really enjoyed our stay. The price can’t be beat. The beauty of the desert is amazing. Clean Showers, and laundry room. Friendly staff and neighbors. Some road noice from big trucks but not bad. Hope to stay there again. Needles is about 5 miles away, but best to cross the river for gas and groceries.

We needed a one night stop with electricity after a long day of traveling. We called ahead about 5pm to confirm they had a spot for us and the hosts were nice enough to stay at the office until we arrived after 6:30. We got set up in an easy level, pull through site and didn’t even have to disconnect our trailer.
Looks like the park is making some improvements with newly poured pickle ball courts and what appears to be shuffle board. Appears to be an appealing and inexpensive park to stay for a longer time.
We will definitely stay again!

Arrived late in day and just needed water and power. Art was very accommodating and helped sort out best diesel locations in Arizona. Would stay here again

I called for a reservation and it was very easy. This location is a ways from Needles and even further from Lake Havasu. It is a good place to stop over for a night. There are many long term renters but they seem to have their own area. The sites are pull through gravel and fairly level. The sites are very close together with no trees or barriers. There are picnic areas but they are 50-100 feet away. The restroom/shower is clean but no paper towels so bring your own. No fire pits, grills or other amenities at the sites (no room). AT&T has 4 bars 5G. There is no antenna reception. They have cable but I didn’t try it. The WiFi is slow. There are 2 pickleball courts, 2 shuffle board surfaces and an outdoor chess set. Unless you need a winter getaway, I think this is an overnight stop for most.
