Bathrooms are gross, laundry is broken, roads are in bad shape. Only positives are good pricing for full hookups and sites are reasonably level. Would not recommend.

Would definitely stay again
Full hookups
Good cell service with Verizon

The only thing I could mention that I noticed only once and a while was the road noise of the highway just over a hill. Occasionally there would b the hot rod with glass packs or 18 wheelers hitting the rumble strip on the edge of the road or the Harley Davidson with straight pipes going by. Don’t let that be a deterrent tho. Nice place to stay.

Older park, owner purchased 2 years ago and is up grading as cash flow allows. Sites are nice size no problem getting my class A into place. The location on Campendium puts you about 1/2 mile away but the real location shows up on google maps in red letters.

It is an awful place. Leaving through Firetower Road is the most frightening area we have seen. Find somewhere else.
