Our goal is to provide the most convenient and unique SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) experience for residents and visitors of Nashville, Tennessee. Our experienced Paddle board guides provide safety and skills demonstrations for every rider. Advanced lessons are also available upon request. We offer guided and self-guided tours that run from Shelby Park, 2.5 miles down-stream, ending in the heart of Downtown Nashville (shuttle included).
