Cafe Fuzion

Formerly known as Sevala's cafe, this one-of-a-kind restaurant was completely renovated and revamped to fit the taste of the modern era both in food and decor. The goal was simple: to create an entire menus worth of dishes revolving around the compatible mixture between Asian and American foods. Getting to the goal.... now that was rather difficult. Strenuously slaving away to create the perfect culinary blend of Asian American, the owner finally stumbled upon what can only be described as the golden fleece of two cultures shaken & stirred to create a harmoniously tender bite of heaven presented in various dishes both foreign and familiar. The end result of this phenomenon was Cafe' Fuzion.
