My friend, you have just stumbled across the greatest little gem of a listing that you will find in Nashville!  The "Caroline House Nashville" established 1921, a  completely restored  Luxury Inn & published Spring 2015by local media including the Tennessean and CBS News Channel 5! This charming designer property is located the 'hottest' neighborhood in Nashville, Historic 12South/Melrose! Luxury Suites all feature private baths, cushy robes, big fluffy towels, 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets, and the same "Heavenly Bed" mattress you find in Westin hotels. In the morning you with find a hot tea and coffee station waiting for you, made from coffee beans locally roasted fresh just a few blocks away, by Eighth & Roast. Be prepared to enjoy the amenities on par with five-star hotels, but not at the five-star price!  We have numerous catering partners to provide breakfast, which varies depending on the dates of your stay. Guests will have access to all the main living areas of the Inn including the gathering room, kitchen, comfy front porch and back covered patio with cushy outdoor furniture and a wood-burning fireplace. We provide a personal combo code to each guest for use in accessing the property so you can come and go as you like! If arriving home late at night after some classic Nashville fun, the home is well lit with lighting all around the property so that you feel safe upon arrival. There is plenty of street parking directly in front of the property, as well as on our private drive. We prefer to greet you upon your arrival to help you get settled and will assist you with dinner reservations or other plans to help ensure you enjoy your stay! Note that we are an urban neighborhood which is smack in the heart of the city! From the Caroline House Nashville, within our neighborhood you can walk to a plethora of restaurants, coffee shops, live music venues, and boutique shopping as well as conveniences such as a Walgreens drug store, a liquor store, and more. We can't wait to share our neighborhood with you! Since we are in the center of the city, transportation is a breeze! If you plan to stay within the city, we recommend you do not rent or use a car during your stay!  There is a bus system that picks up 2 blocks away, or a $6-$10 Uber or Lyft ride will get you about  anywhere in the downtown and midtown Nashville area. There are restaurants and coffee shops within a few blocks to up to a 1/2 a mile walk. 1/2 a mile away there are also bicycles available to ride around the city and check in at any other sister bike station in the city. Many love to pick up a bike in our neighborhood, 12South, and ride the bikes into downtown 1.5-2 miles away.
