This is a class A only park. Lot owners can rent to the public. It is very well manicured and reminded me of driving through a well kept suburban neighborhood.

Stunning and Active community! We rented in Pelican Lake for 8 months and enjoyed every minute of it. This location is closer to Marco Island than to Naples, which pleases us. The pickle ball is tremendous; everyday opportunity to play for several hours! The activities are fun and there is no shortage of them, every week there is something offered. Pool, hot tub, gym are 10/10!
