Great family adventure

Went today for a family hike. My grandpa used to take my aunts and mom here when they were young so we did it again for memories. I took my 3 year old, and though I wouldn't suggest you take the average 3 year old, mine did remarkably well for the semi-steep hike there as well as the long return trip through the canyon. You can take the trail back and it is shorter and easier or for a more memorable, wet and photogenic route, walk the canyon back and enjoy the fun to be had.
