The dispersed camping area was mostly underwater. We parked our trailer in a turnaround. It was very quiet and pretty. The roads have a lot of overhanging branches. Probably best for rent and car campers.

We loved this BLM area near Zion NP. Close to the park and to nearby Orderville, Utah this location is very convenient and beautiful. We stayed here for the max allowed 14 days the last half of March 2019.

There is a large body of water at the second access road, not sure if its there all year long but we backed up to it with our fifth wheel and had water front property for 2 weeks. It rained, it snowed and we had a blast exploring the BLM area.

This location is very quiet. We had 2 or 3 vehicles visit each night, most just overnight, but everyone was quiet and we even met a couple of very nice families passing through. Kind of felt like camp hosts a couple of times LOL

Cell service was mediocre without a booster but worked great with a booster on both Verizon and AT&T.

We will definitely stay at this secluded BLM next time we visit the Zion area.

April 25th, we stayed here 5 nights while we visited Zion. 37 ft class A Diesel Pusher, main road in is accessible. 3 entrances to the dispersed land on left side. First entrance only accessible by high clearance vehicles with no tow (we cleared with our Suburu tow vehicle). Second entrance which seems to be the easiest entrance was blocked by a runoff pond about 2 1/2 feet deep in the middle, we parked right in front of it giving us water front camping. There is another site at the bottom of this entrance. The third entrance is also a little rough, however I believe that small campers, truck campers could access. If you can access any of the entrances there are numerous sites off the road. Continue straight on the road and there are a couple more sites accessible to larger campers. We enjoyed our stay, very quiet and lots of wildlife tracks however we did not see any.

Close to Zion. Beautiful. Nice rock fire pits. Would not recommend for RV (some space but not a lot). Lots of ruts.

Coming from the Netherlands. We rent a smal RV.
The byway is 0,5 miles long and you must drive slowly with an RV.
Than there is lot of space. Maybe in Summer the water has gone and the terrain will be bigger. But also now there is place enough. We stayed here to visit Zion. More better than the campgrounds in Zion, because here you have more space and more nature and no busses and cars early in the morning.

We stayed here June 3-5 2019. Located between mileposts 51-52. Easy to find, if approaching from the East; there is a NO PASSING sign almost on top of the BLM market- see photo. The turn-off is onto broken asphalt, which is plenty wide and improves as you go up the hill. We were traveling in tandem with our friends and scored the aforementioned spot, at the 2nd turn off (from the BLM road), in front of the pond. We were both towing approx 25’ trailers and we were able to set up side by side. There was still room for another rig or two at this second turn off and we had different campers each night. There was a large turn around area and more sites at the west end of the road. The first and third entrances were washed out, deeply rutted, had severe side slope and were only accessible by high clearance 4-wheel drive. Not sure if they maintain these areas but a day with a bulldozer would make dozens more sites for RVs. Other than that, a picturesque location super close to Zion.

Stayed here with my girlfriend on our way from Bryce np to Zion np. It’s about 40 minutes to Zion and an hour and a 1/2 from Bryce. The road into the site is an old paved road then packed dirt, made it fine in my car. The only downside here is the heat as there is very little shade. I would come here again, just closer to sunset. The spot seems well designated/ known. On the drive in we saw a sheriffs truck driving through and we had only 3 neighbors, although the spot can handle many campers. Very poor cell service but I did get a slow Verizon connection.

Once you enter the BLM toad, there are 3 left turns for parking area. The 2nd one is the most rig friendly. We parked here with our 36ft motorhome without a problem. We got here on a Friday afternoon and we’re almost the only ones here. At night 2 more tent campers arrived and left early in the morning. The road is a bit rough and narrow in the beginning but totally doable for big rigs too! Plenty of room.

Only downsize is there is very little shade so it gets really hot during the day.

37.2528113, -112.7687248 site with best view and it's a small round about. There are two fire pits but I wouldn't want to camp with strangers here it's too tight.

37.2548208, -112.7687580 second entrance that isn't horrible. RVs go here.

Gorgeous views. Upon entering be aware there is thick mud and shallow water you'll drive through if it rained recently.

Internet from speed test taken at the first gps coordinates I gave.
