“5 galleries showcasing Williams County history”
Located on the county fairgrounds in Montpelier, Ohio, the Williams County Historical Museum is the focal point of the Williams County Historical Society. The five gallery, 9,000-square-foot structure was remodeled in the Spring of 2004 and now showcases changing exhibits and permanent displays. Also housed inside the Museum is the Children's Museum. This exhibit area includes interactive displays and hands on exhibits. Experience a dress-up room, miniature office, drawing station, and a high wheel bicycle.
Didn’t look like much from the outside but there are an amazing number of exhibits inside. Definitely recommend to anyone interested in local history or history in general.
