We opted for a back-in site, but they also have a couple pull-throughs, most of them available at the same price as the back-ins. We paid $36 with the Good Sam's discount.
The park is still close to Mojave, so shopping there for groceries was easy. A very nice camping for one night on the way home. The showers were hot and the people were friendly. As it was winter, we did not try the swimming pool.
The park offers recycling for glass, paper, cans, plastic, all in separate bins.

These folks were the friendliest ever. The main campground was full, but they had a spot out back with water and 50 amp. No sewer or cable. We took it and will opt for that area on our way through next time. Space was wide, long and level. Great tasting water too. Showers and bathroom were a bit dated, but spotlessly clean. Dump station was clean and all was in good condition. We received 15 over air channels, so we were able to watch the Winter Olympics.

This is a great place to stop after going through the Tehachapi pass. Full hook-ups and a quiet location. On the day we arrived, it was the Friday before a 3 day weekend. There were many in line to get water on their way to some dry camping areas nearby so driving into the park up to the office was a little crowded, but it didn't take long to get into our spot. Mojave is popular for dirt bikes and off road recreation.
We missed the turn using using Google Maps. We were told to turn on Pesch Blvd. but the street sign said Highway 14 (it's a frontage road to Highway 14). There was a large sign on the ground that said RV Park, but we thought it may have been a different campground. We had to turn around at the Shell Station and backtrack.
The sites are clean. There is a small strip of grass between sites, so not much privacy, but for a day or two you'll be fine. We used this as an opportunity to do laundry, change sheets, reorganize, and really clean before heading to Lake Havasu and the London Bridge.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and can give suggestions as to places to eat. If you need to do laundry they do make change and also have soap in case you forget. There is a water softener used in the laundry room. The machines are older, but all the ones I used appear to work. Washing - $1.25; Dry - .75. My sheets and clothes were dry after 1 drying session but towels and a pair of jeans were slightly damp.
The bathrooms are old but clean - there are no locking doors on the individual stalls, but you can pull a curtain to for privacy. My husband says it's the same for the Men's Room.
At night you can hear the sound of traffic from Highway 14, but we had our fan blowing so it didn't bother us at all.
Wi-fi is ok. We were able to login to the network but had issues the following day with access.

On our way west from Las Vegas we stopped at Sierra Trails Park after hours. The reception staff was kind enough to greet us at around 8 p.m.
This is a no frills park but what it lacks in amenities it more than makes up for in affordability and customer service. Doris greeted us and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. There are lots of seasonal and annuals but all the sites are neat and well kept.
It was very clean and they had recycling! They also sell handmade crafts in the office. The laundromat was very economical and while the laundry was going we were in the club house making use of the free wifi.
We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little park, protected from the wind. Super nice staff and nice sites. We pulled through the Spaceport Park. It was awful in comparison. If you stay in Mohave, Sierra Trails is your best bet by far.

Easy arrival, no waiting. Office is in the back so continue driving on thru entrance.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff clean sites, clean bathrooms and laundry. AAA discount. Nice pool for a swim in the hot summer. Quiet park and a surprisingly nice stay at the end of dry camping through the Eastern Sierras.

Website says due to COVID they don't allow overnight stays, only monthly.
Friendly staff, clean and quiet. We had a minor mechanical problem with our RV and the staff helped us locate an excellent service company. We weren’t unhappy spending a little extra time here!
