As listed there are several sites available. We stayed for two weeks, without any issues. We chose one of the last sites, which we were really happy with, but it did mean we had little to no cell signal. Over our time there (in April) we found a couple places around camp to pick up one bar of AT&T LTE.
There was nice shade, a creek behind our tent, and a short walk to two slickrock areas that were open to hiking and mountain bikes.
The only “down side” which really didn’t bother us, is that there’s a bit of off road traffic for the trails, past the camp site. The few times we grumbled about this, was when a louder than usual group decided to take a late night trail run, otherwise it really wasn’t bad.
On weekends 80% of the sites filled up, but during the week we probably only had a couple neighbors at a time, and they all wanted as much space as we did, so it never felt crowded.
You’ve got about a 30 minute drive into downtown Moab, depending on how fast you want to drive on the dirt/sand/gravel road out to the highway.
Driving a rear whee van with a trailer, we didn’t have any issues. A couple times we drove out after rain and there were some pretty slick parts. One creek bed crossing that could be more of an issue during a rain, but even the next day after a pretty big storm didn’t give us any trouble.
Last note, you can get free filtered water at Gearheads in Moab. It’s totally a marketing move to get people in the door, but the people in there were awesome, the gear selection above average, and the water cool and refreshing. They were a regular stop every time we were in town for both water, and new outdoor items.

We drove our CRV to the site with very little issues. There were two pockets of very soft sand and a few sharp rocks. We found a site at the end and were by ourselves for the most part. A few 4x4 vehicles did drive through the site around 11 PM, but didn't stay long.

I came to this spot because of the 5 star reviews. 5 star spot should have a view in my opinion. There are some tent camping spots, which looked okay. Van or Rv camping was basically in the parking lots for the walk-in camping. I’ve had amazing experiences at 4 star places, this place doesn’t even come close.

Stayed about 3 nights in early May, 2019. Camp is right along the road where a fair amount of off road traffic accesses the trails, but not noisy or dusty at night. Nice secluded spot with trees and beautiful rocks to hike and bicycle nearby. Walk in camp sites as well as adequate parking for an RV. If you have a trailer, DO NOT try to enter off 189 on BLM 343 from the south; enter from the north off 189 near the Canyonlands Airport on Blue Hills Rd to Mill Canyon Rd and then to Bartlett Washington Rd.
There were walk in tent campers, but we parked our 37' toyhauler in the adequately sized parking lot just off Bartlett Rd.
