“Darn good dining in Moab”

The River Grill Restaurant offers a fresh take on tried and true American classics, turning fresh ingredients into local favorites like the Cherry-Pasilla Rubbed Buffalo Filet and the Grilled Cowboy Ribeye. Pumpkinseed Crusted Halibut, homemade soups and specialty breads and desserts complement the traditional ranch specialties to offer a selection for everyone. What a great place to have lunch, with the Colorado near us.
The biscuit burger was the best I had during the trip in USA.
We had a Jamaican waitress who was really friendly and helpful.
The place looks amazing but a bit too pricey for us. It would have been nice to see one of their rooms.
