Confirmed by 5 users | Last reported on November 16, 2022We stayed here for two nights and loved it. Our teenagers played mini golf, corn-hole, chess, and checkers. The night sky was absolutely breathtaking. The office staff was very helpful. We had a premium spot which gave us our own yard area with table. Regular spots, RVs had to share their yard area with two picnic tables. We will visit again.
The campground was very clean and meticulously groomed and neat. Laundry, office and restroom area very clean and no trash to be seen. Very pretty green space with picnic table. (more below) Everything handy and conveniently located. Nice pool.
Drawbacks are the standard trailer spots alternate pull through direction in each space so your door is facing your neighbors door which share the green space between. Picnic tables are within earshot of any conversations. We moved our trailer forward as to not have our slide look into the other neighbors slide window. No privacy outside of RV or and little space to stretch out. Fortunately we were gone seeing the sights most of the day. I recommend the spots on the end of the rows or pay more for the upgrade.
After we tried to get into a BLM on the Colorado River on Rt 128 and it was full, we pulled right into the first RV Park we saw and were pleasantly surprised (other than having to shell out 50 bucks!) They had a great spot as all the spots are pull-ins. Although ours was facing the highway, it was relatively quiet and we had privacy from any neighbors. Plus as it was an "end spot" we got a great breeze! When we arrived it was hovering around 90 degrees and we could just flipped that A/C on which was great.
Another plus is that it is about 2 miles from the entrance into Arches National Park. We arrived at about 4, had a chance to settle in, have a snack and unhitch. In fact, they have a reserved parking spot for the TV just 20 yards away. We then went up into Arches and saw an amazing sunset at 6:30, stayed in the park until 8:15 and got home in 10 minutes!!! HIghly suggest this because the park is less crowded during the evening.
Right outside the door is a small piece of pavement, some grass and very nice picnic table and a stand-up grill. There's also a little lantern on a post at each site.
We decided a quick shower was in order, so we took advantage of the showers ( I mean we paid for it, right?) Spotless! In the women's room, there were four showers, one was handicap with a chair and all were tiled up to the ceiling. There were also a few sinks and restroom stalls ( I didn't look inside those.) The rooms were also only accessible by a code.
They have a pool which was crowded only because it was holiday weekend with many families. They set aside 9-10 pm for adults only. They also have mini golf, lifesize games and a gazebo. It has been rebranded so I will send more photos (It's looks more "hip" now).
The office: it was beautiful!! First was the convenience store part. Any soft drink possible as well as beer and milk, eggs, dry goods, etc. Then there were complimentary coffees and a microwave and toys, gifts and adorable t-shirts – reasonable priced at 10-15! There was also a small reading room with a loveseat and bookshelf full of books. The immaculate laundry room and adjacent bathroom were accessible through the office as well. This building was next to the generous size pool/spa.
Cannot forget to mention the desk staff. Alicia was so welcoming , especially when we weren't sure we could get a spot anywhere in the Moab area on the holiday.
There was a tent area where every site had an additional shade structure where you could put your tent underneath!
The spaces are fairly close together but in Moab you should be out doing everything! The company even has a website with some activity suggestions and links to trails and adventures in the area! Wifi is good and complementary. There is a dump on site as well. The onsite handyman was there lickity split when our neighbor had an electric issue, too.
There are cute little cabins, which looked brand new, for “campers” without a camper! And also a rentable vintage Airstream!
We would definitely stay again!
The location is also excellent for bikers who want to access the Colorado Riverway/Goose Island paved trual as it is just across the street.. You can also ride the four easy flat miles into town.

We don't normally stay at RV Parks, but we had family coming into town without an RV and they booked a cabin here. I was floored. This park is well run, the staff is super friendly, the pool is warm, my kids were obsessed with the large chess set and we just had a great time. Close proximity to the bike path and Arches National Park, plus only a few minutes to downtown. Highly recommend staying here if you're going all out!

Our review is based on the fact that we prefer state parks and remote campgrounds but needed wifi to do some work.
We stayed in a standard site and it was so INCREDIBLY LOUD next to the highway from trucks using their engine brakes down the hill into Moab, we had to have our furnace on full blast to get to sleep. This resort not only sits on a highway but a traffic light intersection so there is constant traffic.
Dog enclosures were fenced gravel pits. Sites are on top of each other. You will sit next to another rig and share the grassed section with the neighbour.
In saying this, there are beautiful views of the surrounding rock formations. Do yourself a favor and drive/bike/walk through Lions Park across from the resort! Just stunning scenery. We walked in and decided to hike Granstaff Trail, you will not be disappointed (it was approx. 5 hours in total). You can also access Arches by bike or walk the well paved Colorado River from the entrance of Lions Park.
Only a couple of minutes drive to the entrance of Arches NP. If you have time, take the time to drive up to Dead Horse Point which had some spectacular views of the canyon below.

The best things about this RV park are the location and friendly staff. If you care about it, there is a pool that was well used when we were there. We had a pull through which is always nice.
On the other hand, the sites are very close to one another. You share a small green space with your neighbor. There are two picnic tables on that green space, one for each of you.
The restrooms and laundry room are clean. The public dishwashing area is in the tent camping section of the park, so if you are in the rv Section there is a pleasant walk ahead of you.
Everyone is talking about the noise because the RV park is located on the main street into Moab. It is very close to Arches. It is hard to imagine a more convenient location, but you do pay a price in terms of noise.
These folks seem to operate a total of at least three RV Parks in Moab, none of which is as close to arches as is this one, but there may be a price differential of the others you may want to explore.

We are staying here for 3 nights. We couldn’t believe the incredible views of red cliffs right behind us. I even got photos of rainbows from the campground. The location is close to everything. You can walk to the river park. We’re going on the Canyonlands Lights boat and dinner trip tonight. It’s just over the bridge from here. Also, Arches National Park was less than a mile. We were able to do our laundry last night here. Make sure you bring cash, they don’t take debit cards to give you quarters. The pool is nice and fairly good size with a hot tub. There is a very small store here with some beer and drinks and a few local items for purchase. We didn’t hear any road noise because we had our A/C on all night.

The prices EVERYWHERE in Moab skyrocket during this week every year so the prices here aren't actually that unreasonable. The campground is VERY clean and has plenty to do. Pool, spa, mini golf, life sized chess & checkers, etc.
The site I had was a pull through, the hookups were perfectly fine.

Very well run park with friendly staff. We arrived on the last day they were repaving their park, and they hired police to help direct traffic into and out of the park, which I think is a good testimony that they do things right.
The park is very conveniently located on the north end of town near the Arches NP entrance, yet still close to town. We were just on our third day of our trip and didn't use laundry or other amenities, so I can't speak to them. The sites are not huge, so you will be close to your neighbor's RV.
We did walk the dogs in the dog run, which was nice. The views here are amazing, too, which is nice. The price seems very steep to me, but I assume is comparable to other nearby parks. We would prefer to boondock when we come to the area again to see more of the back country, but we would stay here again if we wanted full hookups.
