Good location and easy to pull-in (we noticed other campgrounds had really narrow alley-like entrances when we driving to this place). We initially called
two other places before this one (they were full) but so glad we stayed here instead.
Check-in was easy, rv/cabin/tent areas are nicely situated and had a beautiful view of a canyon. Camp was quiet and clean, except bathrooms & showers need serious updating. Other than that, was comfortable and would stay again!

This was the place where I finally broke down and ordered a generator, got to fixing our broken water pump, and swapping out our regular 5 gallons / flush toilet a previous owner had installed as I realized that to experience beautiful places, we would need to leave the world of private RV parks.

I was Instagramming my discontentment with the park and it was the replies, such as "well don't complain if you choose to stay in a crappy RV park instead of all of the wonderful goodness that is the open land around Moab," which made me realize that it's not the RV parks that suck, it's my desire to be somewhere much more beautiful than a noisy, overpriced parking lot on the side of a busy highway.

That last sentence should do nicely for the "review" part of this here review.

This RV park is small compared to others in the Moab area. The sites are all sand/gravel, and the owners are slowly working on upgrading the areas with concrete patios and picnic tables.

The Park doesn't have any online reservation system, you must call for reservations. They do not take reservations for any big events (e.g. Jeep Safari) more than about 4 months in advance. They sometimes have a charge if you cancel your reservation.

Moab is best to be visited either in the spring and fall, and avoided in mid-summer. While there are trees at this RV Park, they are not large and do not provide much shade.

One of the nice things about the Park is a hiking trail that goes up a dirt road behind the Park, which is a great place to walk dogs or get your morning workout.

There is internet on site and it was about the same as most other RV Parks, enough to check emails and do some surfing, but no streaming.

Bath facilities seemed clean, did not use the shower.

The RV Park is not close enough to town to walk, but Moab is a small place and it doesn't take long to get around town.

Stayed for one night. It's a decent stop for and really good if your in a Jeep/Bronco/Other group, they will let you work you vehicles getting ready for the trails, unlike most RV Parks. we were basically in and out the next morning. Gravel sites, pretty level, we'd stay here again.

This was the last few weeks of our first six months of fulltiming. This was the only place open so we grabbed it. Gravel sites. Ours was level but you had to enter between two trees at a funny angle. Just awkward with our fifth wheel trying to not hit trees with slides or utilities. After 20 minutes of back and forth we got it. So hot here this time of year (100) but wanted to see national parks. No frills, no pool.

This park sits less than 50 yards from the side of the interstate. They don't have a fence or trees to help buffer the noise. Since it sits on the edge of town, you hear all of the semi-trucks hitting their jake brakes as they slow down to come into town, or throttling their engines to speed up as they leave town. You hear this ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT. It never lets up!

The park was cozy, and the staff was super friendly. The pads are gravel, and level, and the hook ups were excellent (including cable tv and wifi).

If you MUST stay here, get a spot as far back from Hwy 191 as you can!

This typical private park features mostly pull-through spots in close proximity to neighbors. Our gravel spot was perfectly level and all utilities worked great including cable TV. The cottonwood trees and small grass strips between sites were a welcome green respite from the dusty desert, though separation from neighbors was minimal so we didn't really use the outdoor space much. The bathhouse was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated that the park collects recycling (plastic, aluminum, and glass).

Sites are fairly long (around 50 feet) but during our stay most campers had lots of 4X4s on trailers that didn't fit in spots and were parked all over the place, but the campground roadways were wide enough for RV to pass by even with the extra vehicles everywhere.

The park is located right along the main road south of Moab, so there is definitely road noise, but it's no worse than trains, airports, and roads that have abutted other parks we've stayed at. There's not much in the immediate vicinity so trips for groceries or restaurants require driving, but it's only a three miles up to downtown Moab. The good news is that, being a little outside of town, it's not nearly as difficult to make the left turn out of the park onto Hwy 191 to head into town.

It's on the south side of Moab, a little further away from Arches, Canyonlands, and some of the best hiking on BLM land, but is also considerably less expensive than the private parks on the north side of town closer to the parks, and has much less traffic around the entrance. If you're looking for a private park in Moab, it's a completely acceptable option.

Being located right outside town on a main road, cell service was as good as anyplace in Moab. Speeds on AT&T: Download 41.1 Mbps Upload 36.3 Mbps.

We were able to get two days here on short notice. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
Located at the edge of downtown Moab with a short trip to Arches. Our site was down next to the cabins and they were not being used so we had a nice quiet stay. There is some road noise its not an intestate
but it is the only road. Wi-Fi was ok.

Moab Rim is a small park on the south side of Moab. The park offers spaces for big rigs, tents and everything in between. It is a smaller park so reservations are suggested to get a spot depending on the time of year. The full hookups were convenient and the area around each site was tidy. Pull throughs are graveled but it is small gravel and most all were level. Each pull-through also offers a designated space for your tow vehicle so it’s easy to pull out of the way. Pull-throughs also offer a small concrete patio area making it nice for sitting outside. Water quality was good and the Wi-Fi was outstanding. We had no issues uploading photos or getting email, etc. The biggest drawback about this park is the highway noise from US Highway 191 which runs in front of the park.

The park was easy to get in and out of and the turns into the pull throughs were angled nicely making it feel more private. The spaces were a little close but overall it was tolerable. We would recommend this park when you are visiting the Moab area.
