Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on September 11, 2022We arrived after closing and our site info was on the door. Site was an easy gravel level pull through with simple hook up. 68 channels on the free cable with a few channels even in HD. Nice clean rest rooms, shower and laundry. Really nice group patio area with grills, chairs and fountain. We liked our stay and will probably come back. Nice campground.

Great location just outside of town. Still close enough to all parks and downtown Moab. Get your Passport America or Good Sams membership before booking for a much better daily rate. We missed out. Very nice staff. Clean laundry facilities.

Laundry facility was nice
The common area outside the office with grills was beautiful
Cell and WIFI were just OK.
Cons:
Sites were very, very tight here
Really dusty and you have to manage dirt in your RV
Not really close to the national parks but 10-15 min to town

This park is a few miles south of Moab and is, therefore, a little less expensive then others in town (it's a pricey area plus lots of lodging taxes that'll getcha!; rate shown here is nightly rate with military discount plus all the taxes). It is a very quick & easy drive into town and to parks. Easy access with the RV, good check-in parking, level pull-thru sites, easy setup. Great wifi for working (and even streaming TV) and great free cable TV. We had a very nice shaded site which was appreciated in mid-August to help keep the RV cool! Friendly staff, clean restrooms, nice common-use area up front. Taking off one star due to closeness of sites to one another - as I type this my beautiful mountain view was just blocked out by a huge 5th wheel :(.

Bathrooms very spacious and clean. Sites were tight and if anyone is near you there could be some disturbance. Price seemed high when there are more amenities at slightly more expensive sites nearby. But the staff was friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The office and “snack bar” lack items if you need things or snacks. WiFi was amazing and water pressure is powerful.

We don't mind being in a quieter part of town, so the location on the south side of town didn't bother us. Keep in mind that most of what people come to Moab to see is on the north side. The bathrooms here were very nice and the laundry facility and patio were good too. It is next to a horse arena, which our family loved.
The site is a mix of RV rentals and travel-in guests. The staff was straightforward and got the job done. The sites are closer together than we like and there were not many trees. If you don't need the amenities it may be worth trying to find something along the Colorado River.

In the peak season, the site spacing could be very tight, but in late February there was no one near us. Both staff members I met were extremely friendly and helpful (including the woman coming to the laundry room in the evening when we called due to the change machine jamming). After almost a week with no hookups (other than electric one night), this park had everything we needed. The laundry was nice and not too expensive. The showers were among the best I have seen at campgrounds and included shampoo, body wash, and bath mats. Wifi was excellent. The site also had cable TV which we did not connect.

Friendly staff, easy check into a nearly full rv park. Much needed after boondocking canyon lands for the last week. Onward to the next adventure.

Very nice RV park in the south of Moab. Clean, small, off the main road, kind of residential ranch style. We had nice views from our location. The spaces or not too close and had some shade. Good location for launching and playing in Moab we stayed here in the truck and travel trailer. We did get a big wind storm the last night so be careful not to leave things like awnings and chairs out in the night they said this happens frequently.
Good tip is to use Mill Creek to cool off in the afternoon just a few miles north of this RV park.
We also found a lovely senior easy bike ride up in the north of Moab. Park in the Lions parking area at the junction of the Colorado river and 191 and you can ride along about 5 miles following the Colorado river on a 2.5 mile paved trail out and then return the same way. Great to do early in the morning or late In the day before sunset.
