But, we didn't come to Moab for the RV park we came to enjoy Arches and Canyonlands. In that respect it was a good, quiet location. Next time we are in Moab though, we would probably try to stay closer to Arches. But most RV parks in the area seemed to pack in the RVs so tightly. It would be nice if RV Park owners would give us some space instead of cramming us in like sardines. Verizon and AT&T both worked well here, and the park WiFi worked well most of the time too.

We stayed here around the middle of November. I think we paid about $20 per night. The cell service was great and their wifi was rather fast.
This was base camp for our time in Moab. We were able to off load the ATV and drive to town and trail heads via back streets. This is an off roading destination and an epic one at that. If you like national parks, those are nearby as well.

I pulled into the OK RV Park on a seriously windy evening in Moab. They office staff got us quickly set up in a camp spot. This campground is a large gravel lot with plenty of room for big rigs.
While I was visiting the bathrooms were being worked on so men and women shared a bathroom/shower.
We lost power overnight (it was so windy!) and unfortunately the Class A next door ran their generator all night. By the next morning I was super grumpy, super tired, and not a happy camper. This is by no way the campground's fault - without the generator running my stay would have been uneventful and satisfactory.
On the plus side...in the really high winds nothing flew around the campground. They had that place battened down, which I appreciate!
Update: Stayed again in November 2017. The new shower facilities are fantastic - meticulously clean with ample hot water and enough hooks to hang all your stuff. It's off season so most other campers are seasonal or year round, yet each site is kept very clean and tidy. Great wifi and reasonably priced laundry. Great deal for Passport America members!

It was nice to have full hookups because it was hot when we got here in late June. Sites are all gravel and ours was pretty unlevel. But the office person was nice and checkin was easy. Cool view of the cliffs and sunset was cool. But it is fenced in so you an obstructed view of it. About a 15 minute drive from Arches.

We waited too long to get a week's reservation so we were only able to stay for three days. But the Passport America rate is good for three days so we scored the best deal in town.
Far enough off the highway to have no road noise, but still have the views of Moab Ridge.
Nice trees for shade, but we were able to access satellite from our end-of-the-row site. The green space is mostly weeds and sticker so we had to check the dog every time we went out. Our site was level and all utilities worked well. Hookups were easy.
Interior roads and sites are dirt so there is a bit of dust. WiFi worked well all hours.
Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and dark to enjoy having the windows open at night.

This park is nicely situated 8 minutes south of town and on Spanish Valley Rd instead of 191. That makes it a nice alternative to the high traffic/high noise KOA.
However! We had several fronts roll through during our 2 week stay and the dust from the Rodeo Arena next door was unreal. We were sand blasted for almost a full day. Not the parks fault, but if you are sensitive to dust allergies - stay in town.
The WiFi here was solid! We were able to stream Netflix with no issues. They offer free Cable with lots of clear channels.
Scenery is pretty good - you have the red rocks to the North and La Sal mountains to the South.
There is laundry onsite, but you better get yours in early. There's only 4 washers/dryers and the staff uses them to do the sheets and towels from their rental units.
If you're meeting family and they need a place to stay (not in your camper) there are other camper rental units, tent rentals and cabins.

Gravel site, plenty of room, even a few trees, which is rare in Moab. 50a water dump. 29 ft fifth wheel, no issues back in site. Quiet place for Moab, only saw 1 utv.

We didn't plan ahead (or book ahead) so we had a bit of a hard time finding a spot in Moab at this time of year. Apparently this is their busy season. This place was OK as a base for exploring Canyonlands and Arches but it wasn't cheap and not much elbow room. We didn't spend much time in the park so it worked but not the best place we've stayed. There were other spots in the campground that looked to have a bit more room but I guess were booked well in advance. As the name says, it was OK.

We boondocked for 15 days outside of Moab and then came here to hookup for a few nights. Moab campgrounds can be expensive and not so appealing. This is a good deal with Passport America. Friendly staff. Clean park.

Staff was friendly. Used the PA discount until 3/15, then $38 with Veterans discount. 5 miles south of Moab. Convenient to Arches NP. Nice laundry room and bathrooms. Women’s restroom had 3 showers. Nice patio and bbq area for visitor use. Spaces were a good size as were the roads.
