Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on October 05, 2021Moab is crazy busy in the Fall and we wanted to extend our stay for two nights - our park had no openings.
ACT was great to figure out how we could stay with them, but we'd have to move for the second day. Site 4 is a narrow site by the office but we were able to tuck in for the night. Site 11 is a nice pull through.
FHUs with 50 amp on level gravel sites. Nice restrooms, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Very nice and helpful staff.
The views of the Moab Ridge are incredible here. Some road noise but not an issue. Quiet park, the owners run a very nice park.
Park WiFi worked fine.

I did not stay at the ACT Campground as their RV park closes November 1, but joined a friend who was staying in one of their guest rooms for dinner.
In addition to the RV spaces, a yurt, and guest rooms, the property has a cool communal kitchen and dining room, including a nice outdoor kitchen. Recycling and composting are available. The facilities were spotless and the vibe young, hip, and friendly. Met a few families traveling from overseas as well as people in town for the Folk Festival.
RV park is right off Highway 191 and has traffic noise, but is nicely situated close to town. Campground is part of Passport America, check the PA website for date restrictions.
Very quiet and partly due to the main road into the campground is under construction until June. I had no issue, since the construction folks were very friendly and making sure the access was easy. Very quiet and not many folks. The main road is not very noisy and the walk to town is not too far. A good place to stay before heading to the BLM land in Moab. Facilities were very clean. Just a nice place to stay

I liked the park - slim pickin's when its season in Moab! They accommodated us the best they could. Spot was a pull-through but still very tight with the other big rigs in there. Thank god everyone had left the Sunday we were leaving or we would've had a fun time getting out of there! LOL
I didn't check out the amenities while I was there but I heard they were really nice. I had to do a bunch of laundry so I went to the local laundry mat (which by the way, was really nice). Right next to the grocery store soooo.. 2 birds, 1 stone = a happy camper!
Noise wasn't bad. Cell service was great for Verizon and AT&T. Campground was close enough to town but not directly in town. Overall... I liked the campground and would definitely come back. I love Moab!
Only con was some of the sites aren't exactly level. They're on a hill more or less.

Let me say first, that this RV park is a gem. The owners have created a great park and keep the place in great shape. The bathrooms will make you think you are staying at the Marriott. There is a large kitchen and outdoor grills to accommodate at least one large group and two smaller groups. The sites are close together, but the location is convenient to town and all the parks. We stayed in our B class and our friends in a tent. It is a true luxury setup for tent campers.
Items of note: First, you are right beside the highway with a lot of truck traffic. Bring earplugs or close your windows and vents. Second, the park appears to be a favorite for large groups (Boy Scouts, large families), so sometimes you need to time your use of their facilities. It was busy at times, but we never felt "crowded". There were always enough tables to eat in the kitchen area and plenty of coffee pots.
Moab itself has tripled in size over the last 20 years and the parks can be quite crowded from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Plan to be inside a park before 8AM.

This is a conveniently located park, but beware, it’s super tight. Zero shade or plant life, if that’s important to you. Has decent accommodations, but we didn’t have time to take advantage. Desk help was friendly and helpful regarding Arches NP and town of Moab. Overall, good place to stop over, but not likely a destination park.

Nice quiet spot aside from traffic noise. Close to Moab’s attractions. Full hook ups, a place to walk your dogs, nice views especially since it’s off the highway.
Works well as a base or an overnight spot. Cheaper than many in the area and in good shape.

This one would be a lot better without Covid stuff happening. Tight spots, and friendly enough staff, but with Covid restrictions they couldn't do as much.
Right by the highway, away from the middle of town.

Staff is friendly. The sites are narrow, with little parking for tow vehicles. Campground is about 50 yrds from the highway. It's a downhill slope to town and trucks use their jake brakes at all hours of the night. NO noise abatement. Sites are gravel and semi-level. Campground Wifi is good. Nice views of the mountains and hills.

A very nice litte campground with full hookups but just off the highway so there was a lot of road noise. Trees are not yet full grown so not a lot of shade. I stayed Friday - Monday and Moab was packed! Staff was friendly and helpful.
