Long Branch State Park is a state park in the US state of Missouri consisting of located in Macon County, adjacent to the Long Branch Reservoir. It is located two miles west of Macon, Missouri on U.S. Highway 36.
This is a beautiful state park with a great swimming area and playground. It's very well maintained, and the facilities are clean. They only have electric sites but there is a dump station. Some sites are much better than others - if you can show up and pick one once you arrive that's ideal but if not, I'd call and ask. The camp hosts told us that only the first loop had 30 amp, but they all did - the rest have 30 AND 50. First loop only has 30. Several options for hiking at the park. Would definitely stay here again!
