Battle of Lone Jack Battlefield and Civil War Museum

A small but important civil war battle took place here in 1862. It remains one of the few National Civil War cemeteries where soldiers who died that day are still buried on the battlefield. Parts of the documentary ''[http://www.kcpt.org/badblood Bad Blood]'' were shot here.
