Small park next to the 10. Floods when it rains. Super friendly and helpful staff, just not always available. They are upgrading the pool and community areas nicely.

It’s my first time here at pelican palms and it’s a beautiful little RV park. The new owners have refurbished the entire park and you can tell they’ve spent a lot of money on furnishing the best for their patrons. I will be back and I recommend it to anyone needing a spot near Pensacola.

This park is DISGUSTING!!! My family and I couldn't even stay here one night because were so disgusted!
