2 full hookups
3 laundry and super super clean bathrooms/showers.
4 animals for kids
5 Awesome oldtimer to learn things from real estate and farming.
6 Things at the store cost extra yet its convienient you can just drive if you want to get a better deal on houshold items.
7 Great mountain view.
8 Yes there are trailers in the back that he rents long term yet short term is 22 per night no electric fee full hookups and you stay out front with an awesome view. Someone called it ghetto its rustic actually and doesnt bother me especially for 10 lowsey dollars per night for crying out loud.
9 The owner is a Navy vetran and a good religious man he told me a story that litterally brought tears to my eyes.
10 Please support this private rv camp its really awesome.

Nope it's just a piece of dirt next to a run down mobile home park. Apparently the owners like to shut off the water to the campground and not tell anyone that it's going to happen it when it will come back on. I was in the middle of a shower and all of a sudden no water. Yep not pleased, when I went to the office to find out what the issue was nobody would answer the bell. Talking with long term residents this seems to be standard operating procedures. Otherwise ho hum nothing special except the barking dogs and on random peacock that seems to be desperately searching for got long lost love all night long. Good luck with the water there.

Honey Lake RV Campground has a funky laid back vibe that suited us well for an overnight stay. Facilities are aged but clean and comfortable. Lots of shade with gorgeous tall pines. We liked the sandy ground. RV spots have distant lake views, water and electric. Amenities include WiFi, a store, picnic tables, Showers, laundry and toilets. Price was very fair. The nice lady host was accommodating and helpful. Sunset and sunrise over a Honey Lake is lovely.
It was quiet- despite the road being somewhat close.
there are no grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance FYI. if you need to stretch your legs, there is a pleasant country road of hard packed sand that takes you in a 3mile loop behind the park.

We drove in at 6:00pm got a pull through site #1. Owner was very nice and had a nice view of what used to be Honey Lake but is dried up and is now a bed for the sand storms. Nestled in some pines and I would stay here again. The office is older and is not a KOA but we love little campgrounds like this one!!!! It is off the road and very quiet!

My husband and I have been traveling since August 2023. We have boondocked, stayed in rv parks. We both agree this is a gem of a rv park. If you like to have breath taking views with pine trees and a lake view this is your place. The lake is across 395 not walking distance but has mountains around lake. There are walking paths, front porch at office to relax on. A beautiful fish pond. The site we parked in was sand. The owner has a generl store has food to rv stuff.we would come back again. It is a good family ran place.
