Dinners run from $6.99 to $14.14 for New York strip. And a little south selections run from $5.94 to $6.44. Those burgers are still popular — the smallest is a half-pound of lean ground chuck, and you wouldn't believe how many people order double-patties, Mercier said. The Bully buys 100 pounds of ground chuck every other day and none goes to waste, she said.
