“Park in Middlebury, Indiana”
Krider World’s Fair Garden is the crown jewel in the Middlebury park system. It blends a wide variety of plants, shrubs and trees with area history to make a special place for walks, leisure activities or special events. Located just northwest of the Town center, this 2.4 acre park was donated to the Town in 1993 by the Krider family. The gardens were originally designed for display in the 1933-1934 Chicago World’s Fair. Featured is a fountain, mill house, reflecting pool, toadstool sculptures, pergola, arbor with swings and a double waterfall.
Nice place to visit. Quiet and serene.
