Raul's family recipes have been preserved throughout the years under the careful watch of his children During the humble beginnings, Raul and Amelia catered to the people of Miami, and many of their first customers have over the years become pillars of our community. Men dressed in suits and women wearing long dresses wodd wait to take a seat at the counter and tell Raul how they wanted their steaks cut and cooked to their Specifications. Today, our core customers consist of the children of those families for whom Raul prepared special meals.
