"Small-bowls" of such dishes as seaweed in vinegar, fish cakes with wasabi, cold tofu and mushrooms with grated daikon are a few of the favorites. An extensive choice of rice, noodles and grilled or fried dishes are also on the menu. The open kitchen resembles a sushi bar, but while sashimi is on the menu, sushi is not.
