Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on December 10, 2023Made 30 day reservation and after spending a few nights extended our stay for the entire winter. This is a large park with a mixture of park models and RV sites. The park has a very nice pool and hot tub area. Main pool is a little small for the size of the park especially when the volleyball group is playing in about 1/3 of the pool area. Large number of activites in this park including everything from dances, bingo, pottery, hiking and biking clubs along with many more options to choose from. Largest draw and activites in the park are Softball and Tennis.
The park is kept very clean and well maintained. Rates are expensive depending on your length of stay. They do have a fall special which in 2017 was $999 for Oct. - Dec. 2018 they changed the special to $1200 for Sept. - December. There is an additional charge for Sewer and garbage of about $30 per month in addition to the monthly rate. Monthly rates for Jan. Feb and March 2019 is about $1300. These rates do not include cable TV. Wifi is non-existent unless you are at the pool area or parked near the wifi repeaters.
Most of the residents are very friendly and are there to have a fun winter.

To many people, hard to get into the activity's. To much money, then they nickel and dime you. This is really not a 55 yrs. and older park because of all the grandkids. One woman at the pool was saying that this week her son, his wife and there 4 kids are here. Next week her daughter and 3 kids are here for a week. Week after that for a week her daughter and her husband and 4 kids are here for a week. In three weeks time this woman has brought in 16 people to use the pool. Multiply this by 1760 sites .rules not enforced.

This is now our third winter staying here. We absolutely love it. We have made so many wonderful new friends. Everybody gives us advice about our summer travels. Some people say it’s too expensive but I divided the cost by 30 days and it’s only $42 a night. For a full hook ups. Anywhere else in town, You were paying a minimum of 69 a night. Granted that’s because we booked for four months. There are so many activities to do, it’s like we’re staying at a five star resort, nightly bands, and music, good food, drinks are a little pricey, but if you’re outside the fenced area, you can use your own alcohol.
