Beautiful park, paved spaces are large and can accommodate extra vehicles. New laundry and pool for the RV section. You can also use the other pools, and sports facilities at the attached resort community. This was our 3rd stay in a year. Conviently located to shopping and Hwy 60 for easy access to Superstition Mountains and Phoenix.

We have been staying at Monte Vista RV Resort for several years, every time we stay in the Phoenix, AZ area. We love this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can have packages delivered. There are also several Amazon Locker locations near by with 24 hour pickup. It is close to dining and shopping. We have great cell service since there is a police station around the corner with a tower on their property. The property here is well maintained with several pools, pickle ball, tennis, laundry facilities and more.
Try it and you will be happy you did!!

Very clean and spacious RV spots. Wish there was grass by the spots for our pups. We walked to the community buildings. The pups were allowed on the outskirts of the public areas only. Overall this park/community is large enough to get a good walk in without leaving the grounds. The residents and staff were super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
Beware the RV entrance is new Google maps and our truck navigation could not find it.

This is an actual resort & one of the nicest we have stayed at.
Paved roads throughout the park as well as paved sites. Area between sites are rocked & there is adequate space between them. The park is gated with 24-hour security. Hookups are appropriately placed. Each space has a trash container, picked up weekly and a recycle container which is collected every other week.
There are 4 different swimming pools around the resort & other amenities are centrally located. There are more activities than you could possibly attend & they are all well communicated thru email. Be sure to attend the pancake breakfast on Saturday’s. Much more food than just pancakes for just $5.
Like most resorts in AZ the RV’s make up only a small part of the park. Wifi is available but at an additional cost. If you stay on a monthly rate you will be billed for electricity, water, sewer & recycle.

We stayed for two weeks and wished we could have stayed much longer. Our concrete pad was level, the area was quiet at night, everything was clean, and our neighbors were all friendly, as were the staff. Lots of activities onsite, and plenty to keep us occupied for two weeks when touring the local area. Every convenience is nearby. Water pressure was good, Starlink worked without dropping at all. It's next to the police/fire station, but we only heard sirens during the day. Dog parks were clean. Highly recommended!

We are Thousand Trails members so our nightly rate was $0. Non-members can expect to pay $$$$. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be returning very shortly and for a much longer stay. It is a beautiful resort and the amenities are top-notch. The pools are beautifully landscaped with waterfalls, hot tub, lovely tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboards, fitness facilities, a wonderful library and much more. It is walking distance to restaurants and Safeway as well as close to Phoenix and shopping. RV sites are on gravel with concrete pads and have personal trash & recycle bins. The sites are between model homes and they are in the process of building a section for just rvs. Staff and residents are wonderful.

Okay we'll be honest, we travel the country full-time, not many places we stay get 5 stars for a reason, we see so many RV resorts nationwide that our reviews now are based on a nationwide scale so this should say something when we give a resort 5 stars we mean it! Truly one of our favorite RV resorts around the country. We stayed in our Class A motor home in the New RV section a couple weeks, this is our 5th stay here and we really enjoy all this resort has to offer! Most beautiful main pool area is not to be missed, billiards, tennis, wood working shop, tennis and pickle ball, softball field, so much to do here we can't list it all. Only cons, construction in new areas is never-ending but never has been an issue. This place is huge but well laid out with walks and paths leading to community areas and pools, There is no shuttle so walking or driving to get around is a must. Other than that our stays have been fantastic, highly recommend! We posted a review of this park on our channel.
Also a note on what we paid, I posted the nightly rate we WOULD have paid without any discounts however we stayed here free on our Thousand Trails/Trails collection pass, listing this park as "Free" would not be accurate but I hope it will encourage a look into a Thousand Trails Membership, contact us for a referral
to thousand trails and TT sends us a little $ to help support our channel!
