I needed a quiet place with hookups to stop for the night as a midway point, and this met all the requirements. Bring your own food and drink and don't plan on seeing anything, because this isn't that town, but, it is a well-maintained park. If you have a dog, there is a nice field across the way (school) where you can let them run
Be aware, the ladies room has a motion-sensor light that will leave you in the dark after just a few minutes. So hang a shirt or something over it to keep that from happening. Shower is old and funky but clean, with hot water.

Stopped for the night on our travels west from Minnesota to Medora. My husband found this park on maps & then I found it & checked it out on Campendium. We were 2 motorhomes/4 people traveling together to the Medora Campground to attend a view events-Pitchfork Steak Fondue, Medora Musical, Gospel Brunch, Theodore National Park…. We enjoyed our picnic, campfire, birds chirping & the peacefulness. We were so thankful to find this gem with electricity & water for $20.

This was a really nice park in a very small town. There was a playground and restrooms and a shower. The town also had a bar, restaurant and café. Immaculate.

This campground is far enough away from the highway to minimize the road noise at night. All the sites are grass and back into the city park area from a gravel road. They defiantly slope to the back. We managed to snag a shaded site on the east side of the park. Lots of trains, but not at night. The restrooms were fairly clean but the showers seemed a little suspect. The dump station is next to the restrooms and pay box. We had no trouble using it. I would definitely stop here again for an overnight. ATT cell service was great. When I called/emailed to ask if they had openings, I got a response quickly - on a Saturday!

Few parking spaces off the main road. A guy from the local diner came out to my RV to verbal abuse. I got gas and left this unfriendly place.
