Susan's on Smith Island

Smith Island, Maryland  in the heart of the Chesapeake Bay.  Owner and hostess, Susan Evans is a thirteenth generation Smith Islander.  Most of her family still lives on the island. She has lived and worked on the island most of her life, doing various jobs, from babysitting as a teenager to waiting on tables and helping in and management of a Smith Island  restaurant.
