A big rig friendly campground just 7.6 miles east of Bisbee, AZ - where every campsite has a spectacular view of the mountains from sunrise to sunset. The campground is in the Sulphur Springs Valley at an elevation of 4200 feet. Located in the shadow of the Mule Mountains it is only a little over eight miles from the quaint, mining town of Bisbee and about 35 minutes south of Tombstone. Old Bisbee is a charming, mountainside town that is often referred to as little San Francisco. The historic downtown has restaurants, shops and galleries that also make it an artists paradise. Our Campground is located on a 120 acres and includes 3 miles of contiguous walking trails.

Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on February 03, 2024The hosts were very pleasant on the phone when I called to ask about availability. They had dry camping available (inc. electric) with access to water and dump, so it was a great deal. Dry camping sites are back-in, all the FHU sites are pull-through. Nice big rec hall next to the two cabins with bath/shower, pool tables, washer/dryer, grill, social area, nature trail, etc. It rained all day (roads got a bit sloppy) but the views of the clouds and mountains were terrific. Just 15 minutes from Bisbee and the Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area. 4 bars each of T-Mobile and AT&T - T-Mobile phone showed 22 Mbsp down and 14 Mbps up.

My husband is a veteran’s so we received a veteran’s discount but they are very reasonable priced. I can’t even begin to say what a great stay we had. Great hosts, shower were nice and clean so were the bathrooms, laundry you can’t beat the price 🧺, pool table, games, a library , DVD movies, 2 big screen T.V’s, pet friendly, full hook ups or partial hook ups, they have little cabin you can rent as well as RV’s. It’s close to the main road but it’s very quiet. they even have a happy hour. It’s perfectly located Bisbee is no more the 10 minutes away it’s a must see and tombstone is a 30-35 minute drive away and also close to Sierra vista. We miss them already. Thanks guys for a great stay...

We were so pleased with our site. We have a 41’ Class A with a toad. We didn’t have to unhook because the site was so big. They have a very nice recreation building with restrooms and a huge shower that is free. There are pool tables, washer and dryers, a dart board, coffee station AND the building is pet friendly with a couch specifically for the dogs.
There are 3 miles of nature trails
We loved the 360 degree views.
Bisbee is only 6 miles away and Tombstone is 18 miles away. Sierra Vista is about 30 miles away and has everything you need (grocery stores, Lowes, Home Depot, etc). Just about 2 miles down the road is a fantastic bar called The Thirsty Lizard. Lots of entertainment, specialty drinks and the food is not your typical bar food. We loved it here and the owners are very nice.
We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing about the grounds is that there are a ton of little thorny burrs on any of the grassy areas. They stick to your shoes and get stuck in your dogs paws so just be aware.
Both AT&T and Verizon have fair service. I was able to do some work while we were there.

We stayed here in January 2024 for a place that was close to Bisbee and Tombstone. It is a basic campground with full hookups (water/electric/sewer) and everything worked great. The location is about 15 mins from Bisbee but it is a nice quiet location out in the desert. There is a great nature trail that circles the 90 acre property which is a great place to walk your dog. There is a great large clubhouse which has washrooms, showers, tv with satellite hookup, dvds and books to borrow, and laundry facilities and pets are welcome here as well. We would stay here again.
