Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on March 31, 2024Very quiet little RV park. About 65% of the sites are long term renters who of course have the best sites locked down. But, nonetheless a nice little park. Very quiet. Most sites have full hookup, fire ring, picnic table. There are 2 fishing ponds, each 3 to 4 acres in size, walking trails, golf cart trails, small petting zoo, out door amphitheater (occasional live band), gendered shower rooms, general store, pizzeria, playground. Friendly staff and community.

We drove in without a reservation because our boondocking site wasn't going to work. The owner Terri put us in a FHU drive-thru in a partially shaded area. The dog park was literally 30 seconds from our site. Very laid back staff. Lots of amenities. I didn't want to leave! The only complaint I have is that there are people who didn't pick up after their dogs in the dog park and along the roads. Super views and endless possibilities here. Seriously.

Free WiFi gets you 0.3MB connection, not enough to load a Facebook video! You must pay for WiFi - $15/week and speed is 4MB/s.. slower than most cells. No cell service!
Our big complaint is the number of roaming dogs. While the rules say "dogs must be on a leash", that doesn't apply to the owners dogs or people that live there full time it seems. So many dogs off leash!! Stacked on top of each other, but it was quiet and nobody made noise (aside from the radon trucks at 2 and 4am with no mufflers. I'm guessing they were going to work and warming up their trucks?)
Showers were hot, place was clean, but too stacked for our liking. Pads were gravel and very uneven. Owners were friendly, and the ponds and animal collection (horse, donkey, goats, cow, pigs) is entertainment for kids I'm sure.

It’s safe , clean , beautiful and cheap!
Definitely stop ! Some long term but lots of spaces for overnights. Charged $37 for an overnight with full hookups and pull through. It has fishing ponds , petting zoo and and cute store.
