Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on June 13, 2023This is an all RV Park right next to the highway. For working RVers, this is a great spot. Wonderful Verizon and AT&T LTE service! There little to no amenities, though. Shops and restaurants are 15 min away or less. The owner was very responsive and accommodating!

Called in the afternoon for a same day reservation and while we played phone tag with Rachel she texted us our site number and stated she’ll call for credit card later. This is a no frills full hookup CG with grass as a parking surface. No facilities on site yet great cell reception. We stayed one night. Road noise is audible yet negligible overnight. Good stopover option for sure. Transaction to pay was easy through phone call and got receipt by text.

This campground is located on a wide open parcel of land in the West Virginia countryside. Rolling green hills and a single lane gravel road are all the amenities you’ll see here. No bathhouse, laundry, or swimming pool, but it did have full hookups and a clear view of the sky for Starlink. We loved it! It was simply beautiful.
There’s a little grassy area in the middle between the RVs that the kids used to play soccer.
It’s located fairly close to a few larger towns, and there is some traffic noise from a nearby highway.
Starlink gave us a speedy 75 mpbs up and 30 mpbs down. Verizon on the phones were at 4 bars and 5 with the cell antenna. AT&T was also 5 bars.

Nice place to stay one night. We were 1 of 3 campers in the park other than the seasonal campers. Clean, and great place to stay one night on the road. Reservations was very accommodating and responded to emails and calls promptly. Campground right next to busy highway so road noise could be an issue with the windows open at night. We had the AC on and didn't have to worry about the noise. We had a 3-way site and all utilities worked as expected.

I am generally pretty easy going regarding campsites. But this is the worst campsite we’ve stayed in for a very long time.
The water hookups are in the ground, and ours was surrounded by ants which got into our camper. The campsite is nothing but an open field with no trees right along a noisy highway. And when we asked if we could come earlier than the 3:00 check in to unhook and do laundry they said they would charge $25 for early check in. The office is a ratty trailer on the premises. A roadside rest stop would have been preferable.

Campground seems to be divided into two subsections, long and short term. Short term side is hard packed gravel. We were on the east end of a loop and enjoyed watching a large herd of deer in the field beyond the camp. Campground was very quiet during our stay which incorporated Labor Day weekend.
Admittedly the cluttered front entrance nearly scared us off when we arrived, however, this campground worked out perfectly for our Harpers Ferry sightseeing week. The water tasted very good, although pressure seemed to come and go. The area was in a drought and we noted that many drivers had difficulty figuring out where to park due to the color of the grasses. All in, this was a great value and we’d most certainly visit again!
Spacing: adequate, we were on the bend so the site was pie shaped
Site: Full Sun/No Trees, Stone and grass Surface, No Features (table, fire), 50 amp WSE, No cable TV although numerous OTA channels, Our site was almost perfectly level once we backed up to the rear of the rather deep site.
Bathrooms: none
Showers: none
Pets: pet friendly, no specific dog area, no outdoor enclosures
Amenities: none, this is a no frills campsite
Note: Camp is located close to Route 9 which during the day is a busy four lane highway. Traffic drops off considerably during the night.
